Pre-

  • Exfoliate body concentrating on dry areas before coming in.
  • Leave skin clear- no make-up, deodorant, perfume, moisturiser.
  • Wear darker, loose clothing for after.

Post-

  • Avoid touching skin until rinsed off.
  • Pat dry skin when drying.
  • Use moisturiser daily.
  • Avoid using showers scrunchies or body buffers when washing.
