Pre-
- Exfoliate body concentrating on dry areas before coming in.
- Leave skin clear- no make-up, deodorant, perfume, moisturiser.
- Wear darker, loose clothing for after.
Post-
- Avoid touching skin until rinsed off.
- Pat dry skin when drying.
- Use moisturiser daily.
- Avoid using showers scrunchies or body buffers when washing.
